`composer show rawilk/laravel-breadcrumbs`

laravel-breadcrumbs can be installed via composer:

composer require rawilk/laravel-breadcrumbs:2.0

You may publish the configuration file like this:

php artisan vendor:publish --provider="Rawilk\Breadcrumbs\BreadcrumbsServiceProvider" --tag="config"

This is the default content of config/breadcrumbs.php:
